Proper Rest

Proper rest is critical and breakdown, rebuild and elimination process that happens in your body. Your body is complex bio-chemistry in motion, by getting the required 7- 9 hours of restful sleep daily you facilitate this process and wake up feeling refreshed. With out this you compromise this renewal process which puts you at higher risk for premature aging and ill-health.

 

Proper Diet
The human body is an incredible marvel the modern science is still trying to unravel.  By feeding it what it needs un-refined whole-grain foods, a wide variety vine-ripe fruit and vegetables, complex carbohydrates, nuts and seeds and protein in the right quantities you fuel vitality and wellbeing.  Avoid  fast and convenience foods as well as those with additives, fillers and preservatives as these take away from your wellbeing and promote premature aging and ill health.

Proper Exercise

Engaging in physical activity daily keeps everything moving and flowing. This need not be weight training and activities in the gym and using the machines. This can be walking, hiking, gardening, sporting activities than engage and challenge the muscles of your body.  This promotes blood flow and oxygen to all areas of the body. At least 1/2 hour daily activity should be done at a minimum.

Stress Management
We are wound up and constantly on the go triggering or adrenals. This constant state of heightened stress exhausts the body and over stresses the adrenal glands. The body loses balance and cannot effectively winddown much less go into proper rest. Anxiety and worry are also big stressors

How to Identify the Warning Signs of Imbalance.
